Online Students will receive course textbook by mail and online access. Students will email completed assignments to the online Certification Team. Online students have access to their instructor/s 5 days per week and receive feedback on each assignment. Most lessons are also in video presentations so that students can move through each chapter more quickly. Students can also access all material as often as they need and re-watch videos as many times as they like. There is no specific time of day or day of the week that students are required to log in to the course. It is at your own pace, so a student can pick up right where she left off the last time she logged in.

Online students can email their instructor as often as needed to during the course and schedule phone meetings to discuss assignments if needed. Online students also have access to other students in the course through our online message boards. Here, students find additional resources, support and networking with others in their area and through-out the WORLD. Many of our online students utilize this network even after graduation. Due to this flexibility the online course is the most popular choice for our students.

Seminar Students receive the course textbook and access to the online course prior to the seminar date. Seminar Students will complete most assignments or equivalent during the seminar.

Our statistics show that students, who attend a seminar in addition to either the self-study or on-line course, launch their businesses more quickly and increase their rate of success.

Seminars not only allow for instructor interaction, but also new perspectives and insider information from others in the industry attending who bring advice, insight and experience to our group discussions.

Seminars allows for application and utilization of business tools, formulas and presentation methods that our students learn in their training. This includes role-playing, vignettes and other ways to practice for actual business objectives or work settings in the day-to-day of wedding planning.

The information is presented in a fast paced, enjoyable classroom atmosphere. Group participation and interaction is encouraged throughout the lessons. In many cases our seminars are located at wedding venues in which you may be witness to an actual wedding.

The seminars also invite local vendors from the area to come and meet with the students giving the opportunity to start networking and asking questions specific to the vendors industry.

Seminar Tuition is $1195.00 USD

Travel, Meals, break costs, and lodging are not included in these fees.

Fast Track Certification - College Class Schedules

College Students receive course textbook and access to the online course during the 8 - 10 week course. Students will complete all assignments and return them to their classroom instructor each week.

Taking WPI's Certification Course at a local College or University allows for one-on-one interaction with your instructor, and gives new perspectives and insider information from others in the industry attending who bring advice, insight and experience to the classes' group discussions.

Students gain experience and practice with application and utilization of business tools, formulas and presentation methods that each student will learn in their training. This includes role-playing, vignettes and other ways to practice for actual business objectives or work settings in the day-to-day of wedding planning.

The information is presented in a fast paced, enjoyable classroom atmosphere. Group participation and interaction is encouraged as in many cases, students will have the opportunity to participate at REAL WEDDINGS, attend venue tours, bridal shows and even meet with professional vendors during the 8 - 10 week course.

WPI's College/University instructors also invite local vendors from the area to come and meet with students, giving the opportunity to start networking and to encourage question and answer sessions specific to the vendors industry. The 2008 College Class Schedule is Available Here

Fast Track Certification - Self-Study

Self Study Students receive all course materials and work at their own pace to finish assignments and the certification exam. The course is based on 8-weeks of study, however many students finish sooner depending on how much time is devoted each week to complete the course work. The course study time frame is based on 15 hours of study per week for eight weeks.

Students have up to 6 months to complete the certification. Self Study students do not have access to an instructor. ONLY Self Study Students, are required to send the entire completed workbook in for grading to complete the certification (Do not tear out workbook pages). Self Study Students may also submit assignments on a disk or by email in a zip file. (This is our preferred method of submitting assignments, as there is a quicker turn-around on grading.) Please allow 4-6 weeks for this process to be completed. Students will receive their Certificate of Graduation shortly after receiving their graded workbooks.

Self Study tuition is $349.00 USD.
