Free Wedding Planning Service Creates Jobs and Stimulates Economy
Jan 14, 2009 Wedding Planning InstituteSacramento, CA – January 14, 2009 – Lovegevity’s Wedding Planning Institute (LWPI) provides a free wedding planning service that employs its graduates, saves brides and grooms money, and increases local wedding vendor business. Certified Wedding Planners are paid through partnerships with professional wedding vendors and offer their event planning services at no cost to engaged couples.
The program is designed to help aspiring and existing wedding planners start or grow their career while boosting local wedding businesses and reducing costs for brides and grooms. LWPI graduates work with bridal clients to select the best vendors to create their dream weddings. The Certified Wedding Planner is then paid by the vendor, allowing marriage-bound couples to stretch their wedding budgets further.
The Wedding Planning Institute’s Certification is internationally recognized by The Association for Wedding Professionals International and is offered through hundreds of accredited colleges as a classroom and online course. Students are trained by professional wedding planners and given the opportunity to assist at real weddings, tour venues, and network with wedding vendors.
“With the economy in crisis, it is imperative that companies such as ours innovate to help our clients and business partners. This program will save engaged couples an average of $1500 in wedding planning costs, insure that their wedding is planned professionally, and give our graduates a successful start to their career,” says Cho Phillips, founder and CEO of LWPI.
Wedding vendors and couples who are interested in working with the Free Certified Wedding Planner Program should visit www.Lovegevity.com. Individuals interested in becoming a certified wedding planner can enroll at www.WeddingPlanningInstitute.com.

The Free Certified Wedding Planner program is designed precisely for this economic climate. By giving brides and grooms access to professional planning without increasing their costs and giving wedding vendors access to additional business they wouldn’t have gotten without the CWP, both sides of the wedding market benefit. It is up to the CWP to create their network of preferred vendors who agree to pay the wedding planner in exchange for the business referrals. When they do that, everyone wins!

As a student I’m very excited about not only the opportunity to get some experience, but to get my name out there, and strengthen my new business relationships with local vendors. This is a fabulous opportunity for anyone new to the business. I can’t wait to get started! Kudos to WPI!!

This is a really unique opportunity. I like that WPI is keeping in mind that the economy is like lately and they are adjusting themselves as a business accordingly. Not only is this a great way to offer a career opportunity that many would not have access to, the way the program is setup, allows for future planners to build relationships with thier vendors. And that is the one of the most important things to build when getting into this business. I think the most valuable part of our class was being able to meet with vendors face to face and to see thier shops.

I was so glad to hear that Lovegevity offers free wedding planning for couples who are in need of a wedding planner, but cannot afford one on their own. This is a excellent service for engaged couples! They are connected with reliable local vendors and given the guidance of a professional wedding planner. This service is not only a benefit to engaged couples, but it also helps recently certified wedding planners gain valuable hands-on experience. It is rare to have a school continue to guide its students after they have graduated and completed their coursework. I am grateful that Lovegevity continues to offer support to its graduates to ensure future success.

Hi,
I am taking a certification class from LWPI at Foothill College,CA. I like my teacher Janet, and enjoy the class very much. Everyone in class is full of his own characteristic. I like the homework, all the objectives are very practical, It will be very helpful when I start my business. Visiting the vendors is the fun part of the class. Wedding industry is a teamwork industry; a wedding won’t be successful without the the cooperation of every vendors.

A Timeless Moment

This sounds like a great opportunity for both engaged couples and aspiring or newly qualified wedding planners in the US. The Certified Wedding Planner course is available in the UK and I am currently taking it online from my home in Oxfordshire. It would be great if LWPI could set up a college here so that UK students could get the benefit of face-to-face support, especially if the opportunity like that described in this article were also possible! I am sure offering free wedding planning services would be greatly appreciated in the UK and would help increase the market.
