Wedding Planning Degree Requirements
To earn a Degree in Wedding Planning students are required to complete 75 credit hours. This includes the final Apprentice Program course which is worth six (6) credit hours. Most students finish their degree in 18 - 24 months depending on course workload.
Pre-requisite - Fast Track Certification - 15 Credits

Tuition for The Wedding Planning Associates Degree is $200.00 USD to $375.00 USD per class. All classes are online. Some courses require students to occasionally meet with local wedding professionals for assigned projects.
The Wedding Planning Institute's Associate's Degree Program for Professional Wedding Planners is a competitive program with only 30 students per year being accepted. Only applicants who have met the pre-requisite requirements should apply. All previous work from applicants Certification will be reviewed as part of the selection process.

- Three letters of recommendation from business associates or clients
- Submit a portfolio of various social events, including at least 3 weddings, utilizing the A-6 formula
