I believe that this class is a necessity for anyone interested in entering the wedding planning/ consulting industry. The instructor is very hands-on and shares her personal stories with the class of recent weddings to give us a better understanding of what being a wedding planner entails. The wedding planning course has provided me with more knowledge and what wedding etiquette is correct for this day and age. I’ve learned about what is appropriate for the different seasons, such as color scheme and flower selection. I’ve learned about Bridesmaids dresses and wedding gowns. I’ve seen fabric samples of different colors and textures and what a specific bride might like according to the designer of the gown. The teaching method used in this class is great, a very hands-on approach to learning, a creative teaching method. Alice is a wonderful teacher, very understanding and knowledgeable on this subject matter.
